MarZ operates and supports subscription commerce, ecommerce, brand licensing, marketplace, media, and related consumer product businesses, including businesses operated under license from third-party brand owners. Through the Services, we may market and sell beauty, grooming, lifestyle, wellness, fashion, and related products directly to consumers on a subscription basis, through member stores, limited-edition drops, promotional campaigns, or other commerce experiences.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use the Services.
Our Terms of Use govern your use of the Services. Any capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Use.
The Services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services or make a purchase through the Services.
The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with us. We may collect the following categories of personal information:
We collect personal information directly from you when you create an account, subscribe to a box, purchase a product, add items to your cart, make a payment, update your account, contact customer service, submit a review, respond to a survey or quiz, enter a promotion or sweepstakes, sign up for email or text communications, interact with us on social media, or otherwise communicate with us.
We and our vendors may automatically collect information when you access or use the Services, open or click our emails, interact with our advertisements, or engage with our digital content. This may include information collected through cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, web beacons, embedded scripts, local storage, and other tracking technologies.
We may receive information about you from other sources, including payment processors, fulfillment providers, fraud prevention vendors, data analytics providers, advertising networks, social media platforms, customer support providers, marketing partners, data enrichment providers, referral partners, brand partners, co-branded promotion partners, public databases, commercially available sources, and other customers, such as when someone sends you a gift or refers you to us.
We may derive information or draw inferences about you based on the information we collect, such as inferring product preferences from purchases, browsing activity, survey responses, or interactions with our marketing.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, keep track of cart items, authenticate users, detect and prevent fraud, measure performance, understand how users interact with the Services, improve our products and services, personalize content, and support advertising and analytics.
Some cookies and tracking technologies are necessary for the Services to function. Others are used for analytics, personalization, advertising, affiliate attribution, retargeting, and measurement. You may manage cookies through your browser settings. If you disable or delete cookies, some features of the Services may not function properly.
We may use personal information for the following purposes:
If you opt in to receive text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing SMS and/or MMS messages from MarZ. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.
You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. For help, reply HELP or contact us at privacy@marzlicensing.com.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in or consent status with third parties for their own unrelated marketing purposes.
We may disclose personal information to service providers and contractors, payment processors, fulfillment and logistics partners, advertising and analytics partners, brand partners and licensors, social media platforms, professional advisors, government authorities, and parties to business transactions.
We may disclose aggregated or deidentified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

Depending on applicable law, these activities may be considered "targeted advertising," "sharing," or a "sale" of personal information.
Where required, you may opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing by using the cookie settings or "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link made available on the applicable website. You may also use a legally recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by following the instructions included in those emails. You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP. You may manage cookies through your browser settings. Where required by applicable law, we will treat a legally recognized opt-out preference signal as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.
You may request deactivation of your account by emailing privacy@marzlicensing.com.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to provide the Services, manage accounts and subscriptions, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, maintain records, and support legitimate business operations.
